Kirkfield Guest House

We are a small, family-run Bed & Breakfast with four bedrooms. We have been running for twenty years now and provide a friendly and informal service to guests. Based in Grassington in the Yorkshire Dales, we have some of the best views in the village. The house is a perfect base for exploring many fantastic walks throughout the region.

The warm water in the house is provided by solar panels, the electric by electric panel, and wherever possible, we try to use eco-friendly products. Breakfast is cooked on the traditional Aga in the kitchen. The house is completely non-smoking. We will allow dogs but not in the rooms. Dogs may sleep in the porch or in owners cars.

This is the view of the house from the field in front of it. There are uninterrupted views of the hills from four of the bedrooms in the house and also the dining room and library. It could be argued that it is one of the best in Grassington. It is certainly a fantastic view to wake up to.
